OUR SERVICES
Routine Exams
We provide primary Optometric care for the purpose of checking vision, screening for eye disease, and/or updating eyeglass or contact lens prescriptions in a comfortable, family-friendly setting. We are always welcoming new patients.
Optical Services
We offer a Full Optical with a wide variety of standard and designer frames. We also offer a selection of prescription and non-prescription sunglasses. We provide high-quality lens options at affordable prices.
Contact Lens Fittings
We fit and dispense standard and specialized contact lenses including: soft, hard (RGP) and scleral lenses. We provide a range of different brands and modalities: extended wear, daily, toric (for astigmatism), colored, UV protective, transitions, and multifocal lenses.
Ocular Allergies & Dry Eye
We help diagnose and treat patients with uncomfortable, itchy, watery, red, gritty, burning eyes by providing relief through medications, in-office procedures, and lifestyle management.
Binocular Vision & Vision Therapy
Our offices provide specialized care for pediatric patients with vision problems such as amblyopia (lazy eye), strabismus (eye turn), and ocolumotor disfunction (reading problems). Our doctors also help with local and school vision screenings to help diagnose these problems early. We also help adult patients suffering from eye strain and computer vision syndrome
Ocular Disease Management
Our doctors diagnose and manage conditions such as age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, and keratoconus. We also make referrals to an ophthalmologist easy when surgery is necessary. We provide pre and post-op care for laser (LASIK) and cataract surgery. We also help patients with low vision aids when required.
Ocular Emergencies
Our doctors serve patients with eye injuries, eye infections, foreign bodies, and sudden vision loss. We recommend all patients suffering from such conditions seek optometic care as soon as possible to prevent long-term vision loss. We also perform minimally invasive procedures for lumps and bumps of the eyelids.

Dr. Gary Knowles
Gary is largely retired from Optometry, but he is still heavily involved in the business. He spends the remainder of his time with his wife, Rose, golfing, traveling, and serving those in need of vision care on eye missions trips.
Established Central Vision Clinic in 1983
Dr. Roseanne Knowles
Rose is also largely retired from Optometry, but she too, stays involved with the offices and fills in when needed. She spends the remainder of her time golfing, traveling, studying the Bible, and serving those in need of vision care on eye missions trips.
PUCO Graduate 2011
Dr. Garrett Knowles
Garrett, the eldest son of Gary and Rose, joined his parents in the family practices in the summer of 2011. He spends his time outside of Optometry working as a handyman, thrift shopping, golfing, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife, Terri, and dog, Otis.

Dr. Wade Knowles
Wade also received his Doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University and joined the family practices in the summer of 2015. During his internships he practiced primary care, ocular disease, co-management, and private practice Optometry. In his spare time he likes to fish, travel, cook, golf, and spend time with his wife, Amy.

Dr. Grant Knowles
Grant also received his Doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University and joined the family practices in the summer of 2015, along with his twin brother, Wade. In his spare time he likes fishing, shooting, grilling, traveling, golfing, and spending time with his wife, Laurel, and their dog, Rooster.
